Collective Funding

We bundle social risk capital and finance cooperations

With collective action, we create new funding instruments: For each ProjectTogether mission, an "ecosystem" of supporting foundations, companies and individuals is created. We pool their financial resources in a common fund and allocate them to initiatives in a needs-based and unbureaucratic manner.

Open Social Innovation

We implement Open Social Innovation processes with hundreds of actors

A methodology that stands for a broad participation process (Open) to address social challenges (Social) with new solutions (Innovation). The core is the parallel testing of numerous solution approaches, together with a multitude of actors:inside all relevant sectors.

We scale solutions through new collaboration between civil society and government

A transformative collaboration between actors from the state and civil society. Citizens and partners from the federal, state and local governments work together to develop and sustain innovations where they are most needed.

Public Goods Building

We are building previously missing solutions of high social relevance

When we identify a critical need in our missions, we build social innovation infrastructure solutions as an independent organization. With the help of our network, we assemble a team in a short time. Iteratively and user-centered, it builds a product that enables actors from different sectors to cooperate.

Example: Patenmatch - an online platform for finding sponsorships for refugees.
